Gipedo is a free guide to Cypriot football. We collect as little as we can. This page explains what we keep, why, and how to ask for a change or removal.
Football data
Fixtures, tables, squads and match reports come from the public pages of the Cyprus Football Association (cfa.com.cy). Player names are shown as they appear in official match reports. We do not publish dates of birth or photos of minors.
Youth players (under 19)
Pages of players who only play in age-group leagues are kept out of search engines. Parents or guardians can ask for a name to be removed with the form below; we remove it from every page, usually within a day.
Your account
If you sign in, we keep your email address and your favourites (clubs, players, competitions) to build your home page. Sign-in is by an emailed code or link — there are no passwords. Without an account, favourites stay only in a cookie on your device.
Analytics and cookies
We count visits anonymously (Vercel Analytics, no cookies) and use PostHog to understand how the site is used. Without your consent PostHog stores nothing on your device and records no sessions. If you accept, it uses cookies and session recordings, never including what you type. Change your mind any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. Stadium maps load from Google Maps, which may set its own cookies.
Who processes data for us
Vercel (hosting), Neon (database and sign-in), Resend (sign-in emails), PostHog (analytics, servers in the US), Google Maps (maps). We do not sell data or show ads.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data or your child’s, and for your account to be deleted. Use the form; we reply to the email address you give. You can also contact the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.cy).
